AM Mufflers & Tires

John Parsons 3 months ago

Brought my Audi in to have some custom exhaust work done and Juan took excellent care of me. Had a quote from Midas and AM Mufflers did the work for less than half of the price quoted to me by Midas. They took my car in right at the time that was scheduled, discussed my options and had the job done even earlier than promised. The work was top notch and the price was very fair. I will definitely be going back to this business for any future muffler/exhaust work in the future.

Took our truck to have 2 new cats installed. Paid $1300. No problem. 4 months later the truck is having the same problem. Paid to have the truck evaluated elsewhere. Even had to have our muffler cut off to make sure that wasn’t the issue. It was in fact, 1 of the 2 catalytic converters. Bought a new muffler anyway, they welded as a courtesy. No problem. After they get the replacement catalytic converter back, then they inform us that they are charging us $150 to replace it. When im discussing it with the owner he tells me to “hold on” then comes back to only talk to my bf as if im not there. You took MY money, you talk to me! What kind of 1950s sexist crap is that, only speaking to the man?! Bad business practices on top of it all. Will NEVER bring any business here again and neither should you, especially if you’re a woman!!!!!!

I drove round a few tire shops that had long waits just to assess simple leak in my tire. These guys got me in super quick and assessed the tire within 3 minutes and gave me a simple price on a replacement. Really helped me out in a pinch and will definitely be here again for all my tire issues/upgrades. Special thanks to Jose for the help

Yes, very GOOD workers. BUT they are not professional at all. Got 4 set of used tires and one of them was flat. Big thanks. Update : minus one star = 0 star, if I can give them. They said they fixed, but I had to come to this body shop next morning. Same tire, total flat. They became rude,...OK, I get that.. But you know what? It only takes "Sorry" to make your customer feel better. Bad business attitude. ps. Google! Stop unposting my photo! Whoever visits this place should see my FLAT TIRE.
